How does Postage work?

All items are Shipped from our Warehouse in Melbourne, Australia.

PARCEL POST STANDARD DELIVERY - AUS/NZ - Flat Rate: $10 AUD for all orders + $1 AUD Per item.

  • Estimated delivery 3 - 7 WORKING DAYS - Depending on State/Territory

  • All shipping is done through Australia Post.

  • All orders are hand picked, checked and packed.

  • A $10 standard Shipping fee will be charged for all Purchases unless specified for smaller items.

  • A $1 Shipping fee will also be added for each item that is purchased. This is because, as the package weight goes up, so does the shipping cost.

INTERNATIONAL PARCEL POST STANDARD DELIVERY - Flat Rate $10 AUD + $5 AUD Per item

  • Estimated delivery 10 - 12 WORKING DAYS - Depending on State/Territory

All Orders between 8am AEST MONDAY - 1pm FRIDAY (Weekdays) will be dispatched the next working day.

All Orders between 1pm AEST FRIDAY - 8am MONDAY (Weekends) will be dispatched on the Monday.

(Shipping may be extended if Order is placed during long weekend or Special Sale Periods)

THINGS YOU NEED TO KNOW...

  • You'll receive a confirmation email once your order is placed, followed by a second email containing your tracking information once your order has been shipped from our warehouse.

  • In the unlikely event that you don't receive your order after the stated delivery timeframe, or your order is damaged when it arrives, please contact us as soon as you are aware and no longer than 7 days from the delivery date stated on your tracking email. How does the PRE-ORDER sale work?

As we are a new Brand, it can be frustrating for us while we wait for the shipment of our initial products. Our items are coming from various locations around the globe, so wait times are all different.

For our first Collection we will only have limited numbers of most products. This is because we want to see which items are most popular with our customers.

Due to high demand and interest through our social media, our items are now available for Pre-Order. 

We are offering this service to anyone wanting to purchase their favourite pieces in advance, as a guarantee that we will reserve them for you.

Full payment can be processed through our website to secure your pre-order, and as soon as the stock is ready, a confirmation email will be sent to you.

The expected delivery period will be noted in the description of the product on our e-shop. Delivery dates are subject to change & our customer care team will be in touch should there be any unexpected delays with your order.

We will be working hard with our small team to get your Motion: Elite purchase out to you as soon as we can and you will be kept up to date on the status of your order via email.

Placing a PRE-ORDER:

When you place an order with Motion: Elite prior to March, it is most likely that the items will be a Pre-Order. If it has arrived, we will send it ASAP. If it has not, you will be notified regarding the expected delivery.

  • We expect that ALL items will be shipped by Late FEB 2024.

  • All items are Shipped from our Warehouse in Melbourne, Australia.

How do i know what size to order?

Below each product, we have made a basic sizing chart for your reference. We have also shown a photo of a model and stated how tall he is and the size of the product that he is wearing.

We endeavour to continually produce high quality, good fitting athletic products that fit as they should. And we take pride in ensuring that our customers are highly satisfied with their purchase.

We have made the sizing charts to the best of our knowledge of each product. We ask you to please take care in ordering the correct size when ordering.

Can i return an item?

We do offer a return or exchange policy.

Your gear can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of your delivery date (AUS & NZ ONLY). Unfortunately you cannot cancel your order once it has been process through our website.

All products returned need to be in original condition, unwashed, unworn with tags still attached (hats will need to be returned inside a box to avoid damage).

For health & hygiene reasons, products such as socks, are not able to be returned.

If any product you have received is damaged or faulty, flick us an email at info@themotionelite.com with your order number along with photos of the fault/ damage so we can sort it ASAP! Postage costs & Duties are non refundable for international orders. 

*Exchanges on returns are currently only available for our Customers located in Australia & New Zealand.

What you will need to do:

  • You'll need your ORDER NUMBER, (this will be at the top of your purchase invoice)

  • You'll need your EMAIL ADDRESS

  • Send us an email though the Contact us page on our website explaining your needs. Please include you Name and Order Number. And we will be in contact with 24hours.

  • It can take UP TO 12 DAYS FOR AUS/NZ ORDERS to be returned back to our warehouse.

  • It can then take up to a further 7 days from the date we receive your order back to our warehouse, for your order to be refunded or exchanged.

  • Once your refund is processed, it may take up to 5 days for it to clear with your bank.
